Instructions
For the Syrup: Combine all the components inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a simmer, agitating to dissolve. Then, remove from the heat allowing it to cool completely. Decant to a sealable bottle, seal keeping it in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about one month.
To make Batch Mix: Pour the specified spirits and syrup in a big jug, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then filter it best through muslin, to ensure it's fully clarified.
For serving: Measure 85ml of your premix into a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir gently for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter into a chilled martini glass or similar, top with a few cranberries and finish by giving it a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
